01What kind of engagements does MUST Company take on?
We take on dedicated delivery teams (3–30+ engineers), outcome-based product builds, and specialist practice engagements (AI SDLC, modernization, data & ML). Minimum engagement is typically 3 months.
02Where is your team located?
We have four offices: Seoul (HQ), Lahore (global delivery hub), Bangkok (learning & development), and Singapore (commercial). Our engineers come from 21+ countries and work in follow-the-sun configurations.
03What does 'AI-assisted engineering' actually mean in practice?
It means our engineers ship with AI coding assistants, agentic test generation, and automated code review integrated into every pull request. We measure the delta on throughput and defect rate, and publish the numbers back to clients.
04How do you handle data security and IP?
All engagements run under client-controlled source control and secrets management. We sign mutual NDAs, support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 aligned controls, and can operate entirely inside client VPCs when required.
05Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. Our zero-to-one product engineering practice serves venture-backed startups; our modernization and platform practices serve regional enterprises and multinationals.
06What time zones do you cover?
Asia (KST, PKT, ICT, SGT), EMEA, and Americas through follow-the-sun. Most client squads operate with at least 4 hours of overlap with client HQ.
07How fast can you stand up a team?
A standard 4–6 person squad stands up in 2–4 weeks. Specialist roles may take longer; we share a ramp plan in the first week of scoping.
